AAFSW needs your help to run another successful Art & BookFair! Please let us know your availability using this registration form. If possible, please sign up for more than one day. You can also designate what kind of job you are able to do.
Each shift is from 10 am-4 pm each day, and you can see the dates we need help below. Thank you again for your invaluable support - we can't do it without you.

Setup: October 6th-9th
Opening Day: October 10th
BookFair: October 10th -19th – The BookFair will be open all days except for October 13th, which is a Federal Holiday. Open to the general public October 11-12 and October 18-19. Open to State Dept. badge holders every day.
Cleanup: October 20th-22nd
Volunteer registration closes September 12th. So, please register to volunteer as soon as possible!
Some of the duties that we need help with are:
Join us at the George C. Marshall Center to explore a captivating collection of books, stamps, jewelry, art, textiles, and artifacts from around the world! Rare and unusual books in the collector's corner. Large collection of Sports Books this year!
The fair will be open to State Department personnel from October 10-19, 2025 and open to the public on October 11-12 and October 18-19. It will be held in the George C. Marshall Center at the State Department. The fair will be closed on October 13 for a federal holiday.
