Are you a member of the U.S. Foreign Affairs Community? Then join us on Thursday, November 20 from 9:30 am-12 pm for a Yoga Class and Community coffee at our location at Randolph Towers, Community Room, 4001 North Ninth Street, Arlington (Ballston Metro).
EFM Lorena Ulloa will lead a class in Yoga Vinyasa Flow. The class will feature breathwork, yoga flow, relaxation, and is open to all levels. Lorena has been a yoga teacher for 15 years. She is certified by the Yoga Alliance as a E-RYT 200.
After the class, refreshments will be served and there will be time to socialize and connect with others.
Not into yoga? Just come for the coffee at 10:30.
This event is to connect with other members of the U.S. Foreign Affairs community. Children are always welcome.
