The fair will be open to State Department personnel from October 10-19, 2025 and OPEN TO THE PUBLIC on October 11-12 and October 18-19. It will be held in the George C. Marshall Center at the State Department. The fair will be closed on October 13 for a federal holiday.

Randolph Towers is located two blocks from the Ballston Metro. Public parking is not available at Randolph Towers. Paid street parking and paid public parking lots are nearby.
