Join us on Tuesday, May 19, at 10 am ET for a webinar on "Thriving Through Transitions: Emotional Strategies for Every Step of the Journey" presented by Catalina Perez, PhD., Clinical Psychologist.
Transitions are part of the Foreign Service journey, but that doesn’t mean they’re always easy. Even with the many opportunities and rewards this lifestyle offers, it’s common for our families to hit bumps along the way.
Join us for a practical and engaging conversation about why transitions can feel challenging, how they may impact both parents and children, and how to proactively prepare your family to stay grounded, connected, and thrive no matter where you are in the world.
About the Presenter:
Catalina is an Eligible Family Member currently posted in La Paz and a licensed clinical psychologist. She runs an online psychotherapy practice, Movere Behavior Therapy, where she works with children, individuals, and families primarily supporting Foreign Service families navigating anxiety, stress, transitions, and the unique challenges of life overseas.
Inspired by her own family’s experience during a previous Ordered Departure, Catalina created resources to help support the Foreign Service community through unexpected transitions and times of uncertainty. Drawing from both her professional expertise and personal experience, her goal is to provide practical, accessible, and compassionate support for parents and children alike.
