AAFSW Wellness Workshop via Zoom

With the current pandemic crisis, we need to apply the entire toolkit of stress reduction strategies in order to stay calm, avoid feeling overwhelmed, and continue to do our best for our families, friends, colleagues and communities.
In this virtual workshop, we’ll share and practice a wide range of tools to reduce stress, including practical, psychological and physical techniques. Join us, expand your toolbox, and find more inner peace amid the storm.

Cost: Free with optional donation to the presenter via PayPal
