Come when you can, the mini-series will be repeated throughout this time slot. Patricia Linderman will lead us through some light, 2-minute exercises you can take back to your office. Using no special equipment except your desk and chair, you'll learn a series of movements that can counteract the time spent sitting, help you build strength, and reduce aches and pains, including back pain. You'll also get a PDF handout of exercises so you can add more movement and ease to your workday! Presenter Patricia Linderman is a former AAFSW president and longtime volunteer. An EFM for 31 years, she is the co-editor of AAFSW’s Realities of Foreign Service Life books. A certified health coach, functional aging specialist, and personal trainer, she serves clients in Northern Virginia and all over the world via Zoom. You are welcome to reach out with any questions or requests for the workshop at patricia@fierceafter45.com . Find out more about her work at www.fierceafter45.com.
