December EFM Coffee Morning

AAFSW hosted a morning coffee meeting in Arlington on December 14.  It was a good occasion to meet with our seasoned members and welcome some of new members while introducing our organization to those who have not yet joined.

In addition to enjoying coffee and some treats, we had some lively conversations, touching on several topics, including: being an EFM during transitions, EFM employment issues, starting small business in the U.S., AAFSW’s family advocacy plans, and volunteer opportunities with AAFSW. 

We hope to continue our morning coffees in the new year. The next one will be hosted in our BookStore at the Department of State in January.
