The Housing Office has been assisting foreign service families for decades. What started as a small office at Main State in 1960 has evolved to become an online platform that makes it easy for landlords and renters to connect. We aim to help you navigate the highly competitive housing market around the DMV. 

RENTERS: Whether you require short-term or long-term rentals to get you through your D.C. tour, our listings are an excellent starting point for your search. We welcome you to browse the current listings posted exclusively by AAFSW members. If you do not see what you need, we invite you to post a Housing Wanted listing to generate leads from fellow members. Ads run for three months, which you may renew at the end of the cycle.
