On Friday, September 27, 2019, the people of Uzbekistan celebrated the 28th Anniversary of the Independence of Uzbekistan in the atrium of the Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center. The evening included the presentation of an array of traditional costumes as well as traditional music and dances from Uzbekistan.
