What is more natural than breathing? You may not even think about it. Yet breathing is something very special — it’s automatic, yet we also have some control over it. In a way, it is where body and mind meet. And there are ways of breathing — breathing techniques we can all learn — that can make a difference in our health and well-being.

By using effective breathing techniques, we can:
– Feel less stressed
– Improve our energy levels
– Sleep better
– Calm ourselves in a crisis
– Improve our posture
– Perform better, and even feel younger, as we send more life-giving oxygen to all parts of the body.

In this 1.5-hour workshop on Zoom, you will learn and immediately practice breathing techniques that can help you with all of the above. With the 1-page printable guide you’ll receive, you can continue to practice for just a few minutes a day and enjoy the powerful benefits of these techniques.
