When did you stay at the apartment? For how long?

I have stayed here now for three months.
 
What were the advantages of staying at the complex?

Location, Location, Location, less than 2 miles from FSI, located inebtween Clarendon and Virginia Square metor stops, close to shopping and eating areas, all inclusive, brand new, contemporary furnishings, with parking.
 
What were the disadvantages?

None
 
Is this a good place to stay with children? Are the schools, play areas, etc. acceptable?

Not really set up for kids, more singles and married without children
 
Can you get by without a car at this complex? With just one car?

Yes, without question, close to metro stops, shopping, etc.
 
Do the rental rates fall within per diem? For how long?

Yes, they are flexible and will work with you.
 
Do you have any specific advice for people who will be staying at this complex? Are some buildings more desirable than others, for example?

This is by far the best value for money in terms of places to stay.
