Global Career Transitions (GCT) offers you a comprehensive
package of career development services. GCT is owned and operated by
Debbie Thompson, creator of the FLO Strategic Networking Assistance
Program (SNAP) and now owner of her own business.
GCT services include assistance in determining career direction through
self-assessment activities and a personal profile. Once an individual
establishes a career choice, GCT helps with the development of a
culturally specific resume/CV, portfolio production and powerful
correspondence such as cover and thank you letters. We can also help you
identify and broaden your network -- the most valuable tool in any job
search. Once you identify jobs to pursue, GCT will guide you through the
application process and interview preparation.

She also provides training on various topics of interest to Foreign
Service family members and other expatriates experiencing job searching in
