How You Can Help
AAFSW is a charitable 501(3)c Incorporation. The generous tax-deductible donations of our members fund, in part, our activities and services, which support the entire Foreign Service community.

If you are not yet a member, we encourage you--spouses, partners, and employees of U.S. foreign affairs agencies, active or retired--to join today. AAFSW's continued work depends on your membership and tax-deductible contributions.
When you renew your membership you are given the opportunity to make a donation to AAFSW. If you did not need to renew this year, please consider sending a donation. It can be designated for Scholarships, SOSA Awards, or Headquarters (ie, where needed). You can be assured that your donation will be well used for members of the Foreign Service and the community.
Besides cash, we also are working on accepting your appreciated stock and IRA distributions. Savings on your taxes can be realized by donating in these ways. You may want to research the legal and financial constraints yourself while we are doing the same.
